$30 dollars? - C'mon...
Written by CC from PORTLAND

Yes, it is small (read: "cool," easy to lose), and it does what it is supposed to do. But do they really have to price this at $30 American dollars when it probably costs 30 pesos to make? …More

Apple USB Power Adapter
OK product, inaccurate description.
Written by JL from Brooklyn

The best thing I can say about it is that it is nice and compact. However the cable provided with it is much too short. Also, would it kill Apple to mention the power specs and requirements of the adapter somewhere on the product page!? I'd go a step further and say it's extremely irresponsible not to. If you look closely at the tiny print on the face of the unit, you'll see that the adapter will work with an input voltage of 100-240 volts. This means you do NOT have to buy a voltage converter to use the charger in foreign countries although you may need an adapter to fit the type of electrical socket used. …More

Apple USB Power Adapter
It works....
Written by JL from Magnolia

the new design is beautiful. it would be cooler if the prongs folded up like previous power adapters, but it is small and compact non-the-less. i give it 3 stars due to the fact that this is $30. that is a little bit over priced, especially since i will have to buy another one to keep in my car so i don't ever forget a charger. i am in need of a charger so badly due to the fact apple's new phone wont charge in my car as for a lot of other charging devices. …More

Apple USB Power Adapter
Don't buy another.

Absolute garbage. The one that came with my iPhone quit working after only one charge. That's unexcusable for an accessory that's included with a product they position as premium. Sure it looks cool, but I'd prefer one that actually works. …More

Apple USB Power Adapter
Old adaptor was more adaptive
Written by MP from Orlando

Simply put, this product does what it does. It charges through a USB cable. However, I have 2 big issues with it. First the price. For a small adaptor plug, what is charged is much too high. But my bigger issue is that the old style design with the universal port and adaptivity to swap out plugs from other areas of the world is no longer a standard thing. I know Apple is going for the most minimal product and trying to keep prices as low as possible by using fewer materials, but as a person who travels frequently, this missing interchangeability is sorely missed. If you have a small old USB power adaptor, hold on to it! The old style with regional plugs can be bought all together in the new World Travel Adaptor Kit, but I think it's a little manipulative to force customers to buy it. So in summary, nice simple product that works, but not very flexible. …More
