The Apple Keyboard with Numeric Keypad features an elegant, ultrathin anodized aluminum enclosure with low-profile keys that provide a crisp, responsive feel. It also has function keys for one-touch access to a variety of Mac features such as screen brightness, volume, eject, play/pause, fast-forward and rewind, Mission Control, and Launchpad. Its extended layout includes document navigation controls — page up, page down, home, and end — and full-size arrow keys for playing games and scrolling through documents. According to other sources I've read...
MB110LL/A: Leopard/Snow Leopard keyboard.
MB110LL/B: Lion keyboard.
* F3 & F4 keys are silk screened with different icons to represent Lion's functionality.
Looking at the boxes personally...
The MB110LL/A box requirements state:
Mac OS X v10.4.10 or later.
The MB110LL/B box requirements state:

LMP make a bluetooth numeric keypad which is designed to clip onto the end of the Apple keyboard. it is not made the same and has a hokey way of switching on the Apple keyboard (as it covers the on off switch when installed). On top of that it costs $60 so it would be cheaper to buy the $49 keyboard with keypad from Apple. There is a calculator with bluetooth which is intended to behave like the numeric keypad, again made by somebody else, but I wouldn't recommend it. …More

It is compatible with any iMac running 10.6.8 or later.
