Great new keyboard

Apple has another hit on their hands and is definitely on a roll. I replaced my original apple keyboard with the new one for my Mac Pro since the original did not have a crisp enough key stroke...it seemed "mushy" sometimes...but now....amazing! …More

Apple New Wired Keyboard
Written by SG from Foothill Ranch

Hooked up the new keyboard today and its is a real site to behold. Very thin and lite weight. The new key design has a great feel and very large keys so you don't make many mistakes.
THE ONE PROBLEM I HAVE WITH IT IS the two usb ports will not support an ipod. I have the video Ipod and I get a warning that the USB power is too low to power the attached device. I bought this key board to clear away clutter on my desk and hopefully eliminate a few cords. Unfortunately its not true and I was disappointed. I am very much an apple fan but the low USB ports were a not as advertised on the website. …More2745 of 4329 people found this useful

Apple Keyboard with Numeric Keypad
AMAZING...but....

Well, on the OS X side this is the best keyboard I've ever had. Took a little while to get the feel of it, but now it's second-nature. Once problem...Boot Camp. This little baby uses Function keys for audio up and down and brightness, and Vista really didn't like it. Sadly, I'm going to have to keep using my old keyboard until they update BootCamp to work with this new keyboard. That's why I'm only giving three stars. Otherwise, it'd be a full FIVE, baby!

Best keyboard out there

I don´t know any other keyboard that can beat the design and comfortable feeling that this keyboard deliever. The buttons are easy and soft to type on, because underneath the buttons there are plastic bumpers that generates a very soft down-press-feeling. I also like the 2 USB inputs and the special-function keys to acess dashboard, exposé, itunes, volume etc. The construction quality feels solid, robust and exclusive. Like the heavy weight. Buy! :D …More

A Great Keyboard from a Great Company
Written by PP from Athens

I have to admit that I had my doubts when purchasing this keyboard a few weeks ago. Since retailers in my country (Greece) are awuful, I've bought it used from an online store. I think it's one of the best purchases I've ever made. I'm using a non-Mac computer running windows 7 but everything works perfctly except from some specialised keys from Mac, even the windows key works perfectly by pressing the cmd button. The keystroke is just perfect for evey use and transform typing from a chore to pleasure. The design of this keyboard is like from another planet and it's size is just perfect no matter how small or big your desk might be. The only thing that can be improved is the spacebar feeling which is not so good like all other keys. To sum up this is a great keyboard for all kind of users from secretairies to hardcore gamers. …More

Great!!

I found this particular keyboard to be great. The slimness of the keys allows for easy movement across the board and the addition of the numberpad allows for easy mathematical calculations. My only complaint is that there isn't a wireless keyboard with a numberpad. …More

I personally have been using this keyboard since its release. I used the very clunky previous version of Apple's keyboard, and I was VERY used to its format. This very thin model did take me about 1-2 weeks to get used to. Now that I have used this model for a few years, I CANNOT use any other keyboard. The thinness really improves your typing speed by quite a lot. (The keys press down 1mm instead of the clunky 6-7mm of the original) So little effort is required to type, you'll actually FLY across the keyboard! I would personally recommend a switch to this from any keyboard, PC or Mac. …More
