Products covered include Apple hardware1 such as iPad, iPhone, iPod, and Mac computers; OS and OS X operating systems; and most Apple tools and applications including iPhone Configuration Utility, Apple Remote Desktop, Aperture, Compressor, Final Cut Pro, iLife, iWork, Logic Express, Logic Studio, and Motion. The support plan also provides support for the graphical user interface tools in OS X Server.

Every AppleCare Help Desk Support plan includes AppleCare Help Desk Tools, a library of downloadable diagnostics for Mac hardware, and AppleCare technician Training, the only Apple-developed, Apple-approved online service certification training available
