Removing the connectors from the main body can be a little tricky. To remove the USB plug, push your thumb against the metal tip of the plug to lift the plug out. To remove the lightning plug, simply push the plastic housing of the connector down towards the opening and it will pop right out. Winding the cable back also requires you to seat the cable in the grooves exactly.

Charging from the wall behaves as expected. To charge a device from the battery, simply press the button while the device is connected and verify your iPhone makes the "charging" beep.

I got 11% of extra charge on my brand new iPhone 6 Plus. This sounds about right, relative to the 30% boost it is supposed to give a 5S.

The size of the Jump is great. It does not fit in the change pocket of my jeans, but it does disappear into a back pocket or front pocket with ease.

That was its last hurrah, right out of the box. It doesn't even work as a wire conduit to access a computer or a real charging device. Much disappointment.

I've had one for about a month now. I you use it relatively quickly after charging it then it seems to work ok (reasonable boost in charge). My biggest challenge is since I only use this when needed, more often than when i pull it out of my bag, it is showing as discharged. It seems to loose its charge quickly when not in use making it only semi-useful as an emergency backup.
