The Wahoo Fitness Burn & Burst Training Program is an eight-week training program designed to burn fat and improve performance. Wahoo Fitness has taken the traditional ""five-zone approach"" to heart rate training and reduced it to two key heart rate numbers. The Burn, which is the heart rate at which your body uses fat as the primary fuel source; and The Burst, the recommended heart rate that should be maintained for short durations to improve speed and performance. No Zones. No Math. Just two simple choices to help you reach your goals faster. Available for free within the Wahoo Fitness app.
Easy to use
Set up is a snap with the TICKR LED lights. The blue LED shows that the TICKR is connected and the red LED shows that your heart rate has been detected.
