Best Ipad Case if you want a built in keyboard!
I highly recommend this case. Works perfectly, completely protects!

Not a secure fit.
Very disappointed with the way the case closes. There is a good quarter inch gap when "closed". It flops open when picked up. When Very disappointed with the way the case closes. There is a good quarter inch gap when "closed". It flops open when picked up. When it flops open, the weight is enough to disengage the hinged magnet, sending spendy iPad Air and overpriced keyboard tumbling.
I would still have to keep it inside a second case.
Nor much of a "case". if all you want is a very flat BT keyboard, I assume it is adequate.
I am returning it. …

Don't buy this keyboard

Second, it does not maintain bluetooth connectively. I keep having to reconnect it (although it doesn't work at all now). The only function it has now is a screen protector.
I can't get through to Logitech support because they keep on insisting I join some group. I just want to get the defective product replaced.
I am taking it back to Apple. Hopefully they will refund my money for this project. It is flat not any good. …

I have no issues with the keyboard. It took a little getting used to but it responds very well. The plastic fasteners that hold I have no issues with the keyboard. It took a little getting used to but it responds very well. The plastic fasteners that hold the iPad in the case broke within two weeks. While Logitech replaced the cover, they replaced it with an identical product, complete with the original design flaw. Of course, the replaced product failed as well, putting my iPad Air at risk for falling out of the cover. I would not recommend this product. …

Problems with manufacturing quality
I tried two of these (for iPad Air) and there were manufacturing problems: uneven rubber on the bottom, plastic around the keys be I tried two of these (for iPad Air) and there were manufacturing problems: uneven rubber on the bottom, plastic around the keys being "pried up" by the weight of the iPad, way-too-strong hinge magnet that seem likely to damage the hinge over time, and too-weak magnet to hold the iPad in place. One of the two I tried creaked like it was about to break whenever you inserted or tapped on the iPad, especially in portrait orientation. The other sounded more solid, but you could still see the plastic--and even the metal--flex when inserting the iPad and tapping the screen; and the metal wasn't aligned right with the plastic on one side on that one, and it had the uneven rubber causing it to flex on the table.
Basically, there is too much variation from unit to unit, and a design that can't confidently handle the forces involved. So I feel this product is likely to break far to soon for a $100 item (it has a 2-year warranty, but I don't feel like paying shipping and going without a keyboard every few months). Plus, other Logitech products I've had with permanent batteries have died completely, so that worries me.
Also, it's much easier to hit the pairing button than the on/off switch, for some odd reason. You'll hit it by mistake a lot—but it won't lose pairing from it, at least.
It's a shame, because it's lightweight, nice-looking, the typing feel is good, and the key layout is conventional as it should be. But it needs to be better quality at these prices. If it were $20, I'd give it 4/5 stars. And every other iPad cover-style keyboard I have seen is worse, sadly! Fingers crossed that Belkin or someone can come out with a winner. …
