The first time it would only stayed connect to my computer for a few minutes, never long enough to use. Two calls to the help number included in the package proved fruitless. I spent 45 minutes on the phone with them, after 2 hours of trying myself -- no good. They even have the supervisor on the line. It wouldn't stay connected, so I returned it. A few weeks later I ordered another one. ( I dreamed of a wireless numeral keypad.) The second one never connected at all. So I returned it also. Neither one worked. Very disappointing.

This is I've had mine 6 months, and I cannot get it to stay connected to my computer - even though it is says it is "connected". This is the most frustrating product I've ever used with my iMAC. DO NOT BUY IT.

  • So far so good.

I realize everyone's experience is different. Mine is very positive so far. I have a relatively new MBP 13" w/ Retina. 3 months I realize everyone's experience is different. Mine is very positive so far. I have a relatively new MBP 13" w/ Retina. 3 months old.

The bluetooth paring worked on the first attempt. The keypad does not appear to loose the connection. Having said that, I use it a lot so it's not very idle. The keys are fast and accurate. I even programmed the F16 key to work with the unDock app to eject my external hard drives.

I hesitated to buy the keypad based on the negative reviews however so-far-so-good.
