The Sound Is Fantasic
If you want some excellent headphones the RHA is what you want, this will blow Bose and other name brands out of the water. I own If you want some excellent headphones the RHA is what you want, this will blow Bose and other name brands out of the water. I own a pair of the MA450i $49.99 model, after three five months one channel went out. I had sent RHA customer service an email, copy of my receipt within two days I received a replacement pair of MA450i. They have a three year warranty on their product where other manufactures only have one or two years. The RHA MA750i have a clean sound with detail on the upper end. The drivers are handmade made they give you a nice case. The customer service is excellent, this is one company that know how to treat its customers. …

Excellent base, mid-range and treble. I find these superior to many styles selling for twice the price, and more, even noise canceling cannot beat these. …

A flatter response

The ear loop is also soft quite comfortable compared to other earbuds that use a memory wire to keep the loop. This set is a little heavier than the 600i but nothing too drastic and it stays in place quite well, even during movement. I do find the cable a tiny bit unwieldy but it's still very manageable and seems quite durable. It would have been nice if they made one with a slightly thicker 600i cable.
Overall I'm quite pleased with this set. As usual with dynamic drivers you have to give these some time to break in before they work to their full potential. …

An Ah-Ha moment...
These IEM have been well thought out in design, top shelf materials/components, very well crafted and the audio experience delight These IEM have been well thought out in design, top shelf materials/components, very well crafted and the audio experience delightful. The drivers deliver powerful, clean and even sound across the spectrum. They have a secure, over-the-ear fit. Great for sport/training. The flexible lanyard is thicker than most and expect that would resist and protect the O2-free copper wiring. BTW. I purchased the RHAs from the local Apple Store while on a recent trip and the "ah-ha" moment is each time I turn these on. …

I only hope my initial impressions live up to their long term use & overall lifespan. These feel like investing in a Vitamix blender, the appliance your kids will be fighting over long after you're dead. Someday they'll be digging through my old tech drawer, sorting out my estate, and they'll come across these and be like "Wow, they made some solid stuff back in the day!" Just like I did finding old camera equipment, recorders and shaving electronics of my dads from the 50's & 60's. But the reality is most businesses don't make solid products in this day and age. Most consumer items are disposable, and professional grade equipment is built to become obsolete. These headphones are impressive in both their solid build and their sound. The only thing I could ever imagine becoming antiquated is the iPhone controller or the jack. At some point they'll likely design a new interface, or get rid of cables all together, but these will probably still sound great, if not better with age. My only concern is that so often with good products/companies like this, products and ideals start out strong, but with continued growth and success, business models get watered down, focus is lost and corners are cut. I hope for RHA that their vision stays clear and their products remain solid. I look forward to many years of enjoyment from these earbuds! …

I'd never heard of them, no idea how they'd sound, most of the reviews were written by people given free samples to review. Finally, the over the ear fit, I wear glasses.
I was still intrigued by the build quality, 3 year warranty, and styling. I visited the local Apple store and Bose store to compare. The specialist at the apple store was very knowledgable about headphones, but not the RHAs... We discussed the reviews and pro and cons. He suggested I but them and give them a real world test drive... Their return policy would make sure that I was happy.
I did just that. I have to tell you these are amazing headphones. I'm hearing details in my music that I've never previously heard. If you're looking for a big bass response, these are not like Beats... They are well suited to the large variety of music that I listen to... everything from alternative to jazz and classical. My concerns about the ear loop are totally resolved. It comfortable and keeps the headphone in place. Additionally, with the large selection of ear tips, you can lit ally custom fit these to your ears.
I've previously owned Sennheisers and tested the Bose IEMs.... To me there's no comparison. …
