Nothing but good to say about this bag. Lots of room, well padded laptop compartment, black but not dorky. I'm a fan!

What first appealed to me was it's size and the compartments/pockets within. Functionality-wise, this bag simply could not be any better or more handy - it has & holds exactly what I need it to. It's not bulky nor is it heavy... yet it is sturdy & durable. The craftsmanship of this product is top quality. Often times bags that meet these criteria don't "look" good, but this bag actually does - it's style is modern and appealing. I was looking for a bag like this for a long time -- really glad I found this one, such a value for the price & it even comes with a lifetime guarantee. I'm even thinking of buying another to give as a gift come holiday time... …

I was a skeptic but.......
Ok when I read the reviews I was thinking how good could this bag really be? I mean it holds a computer..... ! I am in sales and h Ok when I read the reviews I was thinking how good could this bag really be? I mean it holds a computer..... ! I am in sales and having a place for most things that work is important. This bag just seems to have it all. When you find something good you want to tell everyone. So I found myself saying to myself "I just love my bag". It has a great front pocket that fits the iPad or a tablet of equal size. The pocket has a magnetic flap and it seems to almost hide in the black color of the bag. When you need your tablet it only takes a seconds and it's in your hand. Very handy after leaving your car and packing up or after a sales meeting. I also have a 15" Macbook Pro and the back pocket fits the mac perfectly. It slides in and out easily and has very good protection. The pockets in the middle are also roomy and fit a lot of stuff like charge cords for my mac, iPad, phone. Plus files and business cards...
I had to tell someone so go buy it. I was on the fence for 5 months before I took the leap. I am sorry I did not do it sooner. I am missing a bunch of things but the bag is sturdy and does not get dirty easily and if you get anything on it you can wipe it away easily! I bought this bag at $99 and at $75 it's a steal! I think you could easily get $199.
Merry Christmas! …

I carry both a laptop and an iPad and this is just perfect. There are separate compartments for both. The bag when empty weighs just over a pound so it is super light. Lot of compartments and everything is where it should be. It comes with a strap but I don't typically use it. Overall this is by far the best laptop bag I have come accross and is an exceptional value for the price. I have seen bags that are twice as expensive but without the funtionality of this bag. I would recommend this bag to anyone. You will not be disappointed. …

The problem I always seemed to run into is the bags I chose were either just too big or too small. I found this bag at an Apple store and it seemed to be just the right size. This is the BEST bag purchase I've ever made! It looks classy, I get compliments on it all the time. I love the tablet sleeve, it's so easy to slip your iPad into. I love the fact that if you don't know anything about this bag you would never know there's a tablet sleeve in it at all. I carry a 13' Macbook Pro with a Speck Candy Shell case on it and the laptop compartment is a little large for it but it works great. There are plenty of compartments to store cables, chargers, and accessories. I highly recommend this bag and it's EASILY a better value than bags I've spent $300 on! …

Is there enough room in this bag to hold a 13" Macbook Pro retina that is inside a slim sleeve?

It fits fine, actually perfectly. A 13" will have plenty of room. I really enjoy this bag. I have owned it for several months now and it has held up very well. I would have liked a tiny bit more room for documents and things, but otherwise it is perfect. …

Will this bag hold a late 2013 15" Macbook Pro with retina display? It says 15" or small and the new MBP are just over 15"

I took a chance and ordered this bag. I just received it a few days ago. Let me start by answering m I took a chance and ordered this bag. I just received it a few days ago. Let me start by answering my own question.
Yes, this bag does hold the latest, late 2013 15" Macbook pro with retina display.
Now for a little review. I gave up on briefcase bags, shoulder bags, and messenger bags several years ago. Frankly speaking I almost never just have a computer. I always have cables, chargers, papers, notebooks, and very often a book. Shoulder bags tend to be a bit on the small side and the straps never hold up. I have broken the strap on every shoulder bag I have ever owned. I have had some great bags, but the straps did not hold. We will see how this one does.
The bag feels great. Really nice quality to it. the compartments are nicely organized and arranged. I like the iPad compartment for putting in a full sized iPad. The front pocket is a bit small but I used a Cocoon Grid-It medium size and it holds everything I need.
There is plenty of room for the MBP and I think I will even get a sleeve for it, there is plenty of room to spare and I want the added padding. There is a lot of padding in the bag. I probably don't even need the sleeve but I am over protective of my equipment. I take of them and they last me a really long time. I would hate to have the life of this beautiful computer put short because a strap breaks, or the bags slips onto the floor.
I would recommend this bag to anyone that wants a small briefcase. It is not a really large bag, but I believe it holds enough for me. If you just carry a laptop and some cables you might want the slim model and save a little money. So far I am enjoying this one. Time will tell how it holds up. …

Does this bag have a rubberized shoulder strap?
- Asked by Ann S from Sun Prairie

The shoulder portion of the strap is padded and comfortable to wear. However, after inspection of it The shoulder portion of the strap is padded and comfortable to wear. However, after inspection of it, I do not believe this has any form of rubberized compound. I am familiar with the straps you are referring to and this is not one of them.
This strap, the padded portion, has two sides. One is the same nylon mesh material the bag is made of. The other side is a type of leather material. There is a little grip in the material, but probably not as much as would be in a rubberized strap.
If you are concerned that the strap will slide off your shoulder, I can say that this has only happened to me once. I was able to brace the bag in my arm, but I have no concerns about the bag. It fits everything I need and is comfortable to wear.
I hope this answers your question. …
