I purchased this for my iPhone 5. I really don't like those cases that wrap around the front of the phone but this one does a goo d job of minimizing that. Also I would say its comparable to otter box protection without the bulk. Great purchase. I hope they come out with other colors. …

I Love this case. It keeps the thinness of the iPhone 5. The side bumper shock absorber works. I've dropped my iPhone a few times up to 4 feet high & the side bumper protected it perfectly. I regularly drop my phone and this case has been a life saver.
They could do a versio n that doesn't show the orange D30 material as prominently.

Sleep button wore out
Loved this case, still do...but after only 5 months, I have to press the sleep button 3 or 4 times to click the phone off :(. Work s fine with the case off, I guess it has compressed too much, and now is not very effective. A lot of money for a case that wears out... …

I purchased this case because I was looking for a slim case that was protective. This tech21 case has blown away my expectations. The design is sleek, I get compliments everytime someone new sees my phone. The feel is great, it is not heavy and doesnt bulk up your phone. Durability? this is the most durable case I've ever had. Compared to all those incase, speck, etc this case beats all of them. It has protected my iphone NUMEROUs time, it fell out of my bag while driving a motorcycle at 45 mph and my phone was fine! nothing happened to it nor to the case.
