Decent case so long as you don't take it off
I like this case in general for the overall protection and feel. My issue arose when I had to remove it to be able to use a headp hone cable that had a bulky jack and the stretchy material started to come off of the case at the bottom of the phone, making it annoying and ugly when the stuff got stuck between the phone and the case. I would not advise this case to anyone who would have to remove their phone more than two or three times, otherwise it is a good case. …

Good Case
I ordered this case on the Speck website. There are more color choices on their website than here. I first saw my friend using the candyshell on her 4s and she drops her phone often. The case was cracked pretty badly but the phone was completely fine. I also dropped mine just yesterday on the pavement, it really scares me when I drop my phone because the case doesn't seem very protective, but my phone was fine. Also, the rubber parts of the case can get rubbed off a little as you keep using it, and the back of the case does scratch easily, but it's not as big of a deal. …

Great case.
I got this case and it not only looks and feel good, but also has a perfect fit on the phone. The material is great. And yes, you can have some scratches on it, but unless you buy a case that is totally made of rubber, this will happen with any other that has the same material as this one. …

The only case I will buy
I have purchased this case for both my iPhone 4S and iPhone 5 and I have had nothing but great experiences with it. I have dropped my phone off of a lofted bed (6' from the ground) and dropped it in a parking lot and picked it up with no dents, scratches or cracks in the phone. The case isn't bulky at all but still offers great protection for the phone. I have recommended this case to all of my friends and family and they love it too. Great buy! …

Piece of junk
I was happy with this case, until I dropped the phone from the height of my pants (and I'm not that tall). I picked it up and the screen was cracked, the case was a little behind on one of the corners (after the impact). Apple charges $229 + tax for the cracked screen, and others replace it for no less than 200, so you're basically screwed. I'll try the tech21 looks like it has good reviews. …

Sort of... It is held snugly in the case and to take the phone out of the case - the easiest way is to push your finger in the camera lens hole to prod the phone from the case. Once you have it partly out the rest of the way is easy. …

Having the same problem, SPECK candy shell on - wifi range significantly reduced, shell off, normal range resumes.
Im reading that there were at least two wifi chipsets designed for the iPhone 5, one from INTEL and one from APPLE itself. The later seems to be the problem child.
