  Worst product ever. not very accurate and 2 weeks after warranty is up battery no longer holds a charge. Save your money!

  Nike Fuel band XL matte black (not ice)

  In my best way to put it and i hope im not offending nike or its creators. Its a unit you wear on your wrist to track/convert your daily activities into "fuel points." These said fuel points are tallied each day over a 24 hour period to hit a goal that you set for yourself. You can acheive numerous milestones/acheivements and track all of your stats via Nike fuleband app via bluetooth and a smartphone/iphone/ipod/ipad
  
  It is what it is. you can look at it to motivate and push you to acheive more. set higher goals each day you know youre training or you can have a cool accesory that people will often question to make for a nice watch for a mere $150
  
  technicals:
  -wristband made of silicone/rubber type material
  -Tracks fuel points, steps, calories exerted , and time. (keep in mind its a calculation sort of similar to a pedometer, and no. unfortunately it cannot track heart rate)
  -comes w/ usb charger and extra attachment for fitment purposes.
  -charges via usb (the clasp to open and close is actually the usb portion) (they provide a seperate charger with cable for ease and use, but you can just stick the band into any avaiable usb port if neede *of course theyll suggest to just use their charger though)
  
  sizing: M-L fits majority of males. I have an XL (5'9" 180lbs). I can easily wear a medium to large, but when i first purchased the unit they only had s/m/l sizing. There are adjustable add on clips to size accordingly.
  
  Fitment: honestly i hardly ever know its there, but it is a little delicate piece. Its a different kind of rubbery silicone material that may scratch or tear if brushed through a rough surface.
  
  Fuelband app/website:
  -iphone/android compatible application to upload data via BT and track progress
  -if you enable it through facebook you can track your friends fuelband stats for the day/week that is if they also choose to chare that info...its a fun way to motivate eachother
  
  negatives:
  you only wear it on your wrist so tracking movements like bicycling/ellipticals where your arm is stationary what to do? just attach the unit to your shoe or around your ankle unclasped.
  water resistant no water proof so swimming is a no go
  the unit/app can be glitchy at times, but nike customer service was great/fast in finding resolutons
  
  long story short i enjoy the experience ive had with the fuelband. i wear it everyday at work and when i train. Ive recently decided to make a lifestyle change for the better and this is another motivator to help assist in that process. I not only push myself by setting higher goals for days i train, but i also have mini goals to basically compete with my gf and friends. Its kind of like real life "xp points" for all you gamer nerds out there lol.

  I bought this Nike+ product hoping to use it as a watch. The clock setting does not permanently stay on, but it does pop up instantaneously when you press the button. The Nike Fuel motivates you to accomplish your goal, and overall it is a pretty good Nike product …More
