Good quality, handy front pocket for iPad
I purchased the gray one, which has blue accents on the zippers. The exterior is a faux leather. The interior is a white faux fu r. There is a corner zipper that only opens a few cm; just enough to let you access the charging port. This allows you to charge the laptop while it's in the case. There's also a front pocket. Although the charger fits, it ends up looking like a big tumor because of the slim profile of the case. Bonus feature of the front pocket, is that it's the exact size of a retina-display iPad with the smart case on. For me, it's handy to have my laptop and iPad in the same case for traveling purposes. NB: the photo shows the black one without a front pocket. Not sure if the photo is wrong. Looks like it's from a different product. …

Not really a retina case
Very nice case, but in spite of being described as for the retina MBP, it leaves a lot of room for it, enough that it would wear p oorly if it were carried inside another bag. It even fits a much older (the first aluminum model?) 15" MacBook Pro (quite nicely). Wound up returning it to find something more form-fitting. …

nice but a little loose fitting
I want a slim protective sleeve with padding so I can safely "throw" my shiny new 15" MBP-retina in a bag.
This doesn't fit like a glove so it doesn't feel quite as protected as I'd hoped. far better than nothing, but I still felt like I had to treat it gingerly which is not what I was going for with a $50 expenditure. Going to trade it in for something more form fitting or with some stiffer padding.
The charging zipper is a nice touch and the interior and exterior materials are good. Exterior pocket also nice but doesn't fit the charger; will fit various small adapters. …- Written by Alyson K from Emeryville

Nice Retina Sleeve :)
Just bought this today and I'm loving it already! :)
Here are my pro's and con's of this product:
Pro's:
- Macbook Pro reti na 15 inch fits perfectly in the case
- adequately padded on the outside
- nice, soft faux fur lining
- Nice magsafe zip to allow the macbook to charge whilst still in the case.
- a nice pocket at the front to put in your charger or notepad.
Con's:
None really other than a little more padding on the inside.
Overall, it is a very good product for it's price and even though the neoprene sleeve is roughly $10 cheaper, I recommend this one as it gives a little bit more padding then the others. …- Written by Weng Chun Y from Perth
