I have the black and white polka dot version and I love the bright red lining. Obviously it's a tight fit when the case is brand n ew...because it's real leather and will take time to stretch/form to your laptop. It's extremely well made and has a thin profile so you can slide your laptop easily into a purse. …

The Kate Spade Mac Air case was an impulse buy for me, and I love it! Before purchasing it, I tried it on and while it was tight o n the laptop it was very easy to remove. Now that I have owned the case for about 2 weeks I am still very happy and have no problem putting the case on the mac or removing the mac from the case.

Useless but pretty
Hello, I just bought this case, but I am returning it. There is no space AT ALL for anything else. The mac itself can hardly fit a nd the first time it took me 5 minutes to get my mac OUT of the sleeve...really too well fitted. Good luck if you decide to buy it anyways: one must suffer to be beautiful …

Yes, but not if you're banging it around. I think this sleeve was designed to be low profile so it d oesn't take up too much space in a purse, and you can carry it from point a to point b. If you want something more for protection, you won't want a sleeve, you're going to want more of a fully enclosed case like the ones marc jacobs makes (designed for macbook pro but fits the macbook air). …
