    LaCie is arguably the best quality external drive made. This flash drive is also typical LaCie quality. It has fast USB 3.0 to work on the new Macbook Air and has the cool orange rubber protection case similar to the LaCie rugged external hard drives.     The LaCie brand is usually top notch and dependable. I purchased the thumb drive at the apple store when it came out. The tip of the USB drive that sticks out kinked on me and the drive broke. It is really sensitive and doesn't take that much pressure to bend. The files on the drive are gone and the drive is cooked. I would not recommend LaCie thumb drive, especially for the price. You can get more storage and a better built drive for a lot less. …More
