HP 5520
shipping was 5 star:
arrive faster than said on site.
setup was 3 star:
took me 4 hours and so many try in the between, had to go online
Install printer part 2.5 star:
need more information about location of what need to be done
all part required 1 star:
not all cable are in box as some feature that require purchase to have
this printer 100% compatible for all usage that the unit offer
paper jam 2 star:

Paper Jams - Stay Away
This printer is horrible! Install and set up was great and easy. But 80% of the pages jammed in the HP5520 printer. I had a frustr ating 45 minutes with it and returned it that same day. I bought the Epson XP400 and it is very reliable... easy to set up and no paper jams yet. …
