I have been using the aluminum keyboard for 4 years now and always wanted to have a backlit board so i can work without disturbing I have been using the aluminum keyboard for 4 years now and always wanted to have a backlit board so i can work without disturbing my wife. I was always jealous that the laptops had this option but it was not really available for the desktop. I have seen some others but the reviews were never good enough to buy one. Then came the Luna. Every review I saw was 5 stars. The design is elegant and the look in want to have for my desk. Now for the real reason I bought this board the backlit keys. All I can say is awsome. It is exactly the look and feel I was looking for. A perfect replacement for my aluminum board. . …

I use it at home with my MacBook hooked up to a second monitor. I play a lot of games on my MacBook so Windows is essential, and the luna makes it really easy.
The luna has a nice little function button that lets me use the F1-F12 keys like they're intended when I have bootcamp running Windows. When it's running OSX, I can just hit the function key again and bring up my dashboard and all the other functions as normal.
What I love about the luna is that it's both beautiful and functional. The keys are really responsive and the texture is great. They have the perfect amount of resistance so I can rest my fingers on them without fear of accidentally pressing them. The layout has perfect spacing and it's at an angle that's comfortable for my wrists.
Really, it's just a great keyboard all around. It has different light settings for my eyes, whether there's light in the room or not. The clear border has a really nice glowing effect in the dark and the black keyboard contrasts well with it, which is really important when I'm gaming. Fingerprints may appear on the clear part, but they're really easy to wipe away. …

Super futuristic looking keyboard. Great build quality.
Actually bought this for my Windows laptop for home use. While doing audio production it is nice to have a large format keyboard s Actually bought this for my Windows laptop for home use. While doing audio production it is nice to have a large format keyboard since most music software works much faster with shortcut keys. The backlighting is outstanding and the keys have a solid feel to them. After owning a Logitech K740 which had problems with its palm rest degrading into a tacky mess after a few years it is nice this palm rest will not have those issues. One star off because it really is unfortunate this keyboard is at one angle and cannot be adjusted. I prefer my keyboards flat. Plan on having some decent elbow room for this as it takes up some desk real estate for sure. It not having USB ports is fine for me, but it is a bit strange there are none on such a large keyboard. It also comes with a dust cover/wipe for the keys which is a nice touch. Overall, very satisfied with this product. …

Trust me, the keys are backlit for typing in dark rooms. My office has motion detectors to turn the lights off when no one is in the room-- problem is, it is a terrible motion detector and it constantly turns off the lights when we are working, even if we move around. This keyboard was an unexpected lifesaver for that, I'm the only one in the office that can still see the keys! …

They work on my MBP just by pressing the F key, but on the Luna keyboard I have to hold down the Fn key to get the F keys to work. I don't mind having to hold down the Fn key, but the annoying thing is that it's located between the Option and Control keys on the right side, rather than being to the right of the Control key, or in the bottom left corner of the keyboard as on Apple keyboards. …
