Useless
Our area is covered by 3G and 4G yet this unit will NOT establish a location. The unit is working to receive but not send a signa l.... (goes from charged to charging whenever I tried to log-in online - everytime - it was receiving a signal). Took it for several drives, including to a larger city and still NOTHING (yet find-my-iphone works no problem). It's being returned. …

Look elsewhere
I bought this price of junk for my 3yo as a precaution for his first trip to Disneyland. After paying $150 and the monthly fee a couple weeks ago!!! Guess what?! The stupid thing will not come out of sleep mode and we are on the way to the airport to Disney.
What a waste of money, I should have went with another more reliable product. I called customer care today, a Monday and the phone system auto attendant answers says the pre-recorded spill then hangs up.
What a bad product! What if my kid was missing and this happened? What's the point of this product if it doesn't work. I've now seen other people having this issue.
Don't waste your money!
