The design of the band fits any size wrist and is comfortable. Women are wearing larger watches so it looks nice in a sporty way, not dressy at all.

It really depends on the adaptor you purchase. The normal usb to iunit (ipod,iphone,ipad) cable plugs in while Nano is still housed in watchband. The icable plug fits very easily. Will try it out next time I am in store and upd8. …More
