    very frustrated

    • Written by from Leander

I am hoping to be able to come back in a few days and give this projector a five star review but so far I am beyond frustrated and disappointed. I connected my iPhone to the projector and it isn't able to open any images from the source. It came with very few instructions. I connected the projector to the computer using the included USB cable to view the manual on my computer. The manual is not there in "my computer" in a "Pico projector folder" as stated. I have done everything according to the sparse instructions that were included and so far I do not have a working projector. I hope I can get this resolved in the next few days. More

Great & Crisp pic in dim environment from a distance

    • Written by from San Francisco

Sharp pic, focus dial is precise and doesn't move on it's own but you need a curtain to use at night (block out sun). I project from computer (after buying a mini display to VGA cable online here) to watch Hulu and Netflix and VLC. I have a loft so I put a curtain that intersects with wall I project onto or I can only use at night. Also the included cables are only half of what you need for any method other than iPad or iPod where the included cable that looks like a headphone jack is a visual port in computer and other side goes into iPad and after pressing looking glass option from projector, bingomthe Netflix app or YouTube projects. I wish it was silent though (sounds like a computer running if your neer it). I project from six feet away to get a 50 inch display but if I turn it to a wall 12 feet away I get the movie theatre 120 inch crisp display. So if your unable to place it far from wall the dosplay will be small. I also bough magic trackpad and battery charger here online. If the projector was silen and included a mini display cable I would give 5 starts. More

Nice, compact projector, use HDMI cable

    • Written by from Durham

Projector works great for what it's intended, small to medium size presentations. Very portable. Highly suggest against using the included iDevice connector as quality is TERRIBLE. However, using the included VGA connector (for PC/computer) or using an HDMI cable (not included) work good. You'll need the iPad HDMI video connector (not included) for iPad usage. More
