  • What payment methods can I use?

    You can pay in a variety of ways, including credit/debit cards, Barclaycard Financing Visa card, Apple Gift Card, and Bill Me Later.   • How is sales tax determined for my order?

    The tax listed on the Cart and Checkout pages is an estimate. Your invoice will reflect the final total tax, which includes state and local taxes, as well as any applicable fees. Learn more about Payment & Pricing.

  • What financing options are available?

    You have two choices: Pay no interest for up to 12 months with the Barclaycard Financing Visa card, or buy now and pay later with Bill Me Later.

  • Does Apple offer an education discount?

    Apple offers special pricing to students, teachers, administrators, and staff members, as well as home-schooling programs. If you think you qualify, visit the Apple Store for Education to place your order. Learn more about Payment & Pricing.

  • Can I pick up my items at an Apple Store?

    Sure. Simply select that option for each product you’d like to pick up, then choose the Apple Store where you'd like to pick them up. Keep in mind that some products, such as iTunes Gift Cards, are not eligible for in-store pickup. You can, however, choose the delivery option, or you can simply purchase these items when you arrive at the store.

  • When will I get my items?

    There’s a delivery estimate below the items you chose to have delivered. This tells you when we expect your items to arrive. You’ll receive an email with delivery information when your items leave Apple.
    There’s a ‘Pick Up’ date below the items you chose to pick up at the Apple Store. You'll receive a Pickup Notification email when each item becomes available. If the item is marked "In Stock" it will usually be available at the Apple Retail Store within an hour.

  • How do I return a product?

    If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we have several easy return options for you. Our newest option is one that allows you to return an item directly to your local Apple Retail Store. If that's not practical, you can always just send it back to us. We'll even pay the shipping for you. Click the Account link at the top of this page and select Returns for details. Or you can simply call 1-800-MY-APPLE. We'll take care of everything else.

  • How long do I have to return a product?

    From the date you receive it, you can return most products within 14 days. The exception is iPhone, where you have 30 days. You can review our Returns and Refunds policy for more information.

You can pick up your order at any Apple Retail Store you choose, and get Personal Setup for any new Apple product.



  • Products listed as "In Stock" will usually be ready for pick up within an hour. You will be sent a Pickup Notification email when your order is ready for pick up.
  • We'll set up your new Apple product for your before you leave the store.
  • Pick up the order yourself or designate someone else to pick it up.
