The first time it would only stayed connect to my computer for a few minutes, never long enough to use. Two calls to the help number included in the package proved fruitless. I spent 45 minutes on the phone with them, after 2 hours of trying myself -- no good. They even have the supervisor on the line. It wouldn't stay connected, so I returned it. A few weeks later I ordered another one. ( I dreamed of a wireless numeral keypad.) The second one never connected at all. So I returned it also. Neither one worked. Very disappointing. …

Extremely Frustrating Because It Would Not Stay Connected

It is completely disappointing because it only stays connected to the Mac for just a few seconds. I will try it with the calculator and everything seemed fine. But a few seconds later, the connection would be lost. This is the second Belkin keypad I got from Apple after returning another one with the same connection problem.
What's more frustrating is it sometimes seems to "remembers" the numbers that it doesn't transmit. This is because when I get fed up with it and switch over to the Apple Bluetooth keyboard using the numbers along the top, it then adds in the numbers that previously would not be transmitted so now you have additional numbers in your equation!
Very disappointing in this product. …
