    Would not recommend

    • Written by from Greensboro

My initial impression was that the product was just okay. Sound quality was marginal and the bluetooth connection would pick up static. I was able to get over that, because the product design worked well during exercise. After just over 2 months of regular use the headphone stopped working and were unable to be charged. The Jabra website was no help, and when I read some online forums I learned this was a very common problem.

Too large for my tiny ears, perfect for Hubs.

    • Written by from Hazelwood

Although the Jabra Sport comes with 7 sizes of silicone eargels, they were all still too large for my tiny toddler sized ears, so Hubs uses them instead. He liked the fit of the ear molds and the fact that the system is wireless and that it works with any Bluetooth-enabled device. He also liked that it is military grade weather and shock proof.

Not lasting, and battery runs out very fast

    • Written by from Singapore

It started off well when i just bought it. Though the sound quality was average, it was handy and convenient and was good for jogging or exercise. However, this did not last very long. After barely a month, the battery ran off very quickly. If i were to re-charge it but did not use it immediately and just left it switched off, the battery would stil run out and b used up in days.
Then I experimented it by re-charging it only before going for exercise, it worked but still the battery lasted for barely an hour when I used it with running app. Recently i even encountered problem in re-charging it, as the yellow light was not blinging. Or after re-charging, it was not working and could not be switched on.

    Not Impressed

    • Written by from Port Saint Lucie

I bought these because I loved the idea that it would be hassle free and easy to use but they weren't. (1) I tried to sync them to my iPhone for FaceTime and couldn't no matter how much I troubleshot (2) The battery life drains pretty quickly - while trying to sync and troubleshoot them, it drained the battery life which left me with hardly any juice left before the first 3 hours of a 9 hour flight. If I could return them, I would. I couldn't believe that after spending so much money on these, I had to pick up a pair of conventional headphones from the airport electronics shop because I left mine at home. Totally disappointed at best.

    Great design, bad internals.

    • Written by from Melbourne

I have had this product for about a month. The actual design and comfort of the headphones are great. But the speakers in them is not great, the speakers are terrible quality and it they have no bass what so ever. I work in a studio with professional grade headphones, so from switching over from my over ear studio headphones to these it is very annoying, i'm not satisfied.

Such disappointment! And, I missed my 14Day return date!

I agree with all the other honest reviews about the common issues with this product. — The perfectly designed headphones we all look for....and, that's still somewhat true: The shape is good, they are very capable of achieving an "awesome-secure fit", the multiple gel inserts are great for finding one that's most comfy for your ear size & shape, and the sound is really good(when it's happy & working)...See, that's when the Negatives come in. They're very picky headphones! They'll cut out even while my phone is right next to me, then if I look to another direction, or turn the wrong way. They have a little temper-tantrum by cutting in & out and in & out without any reason. – Oh! And, if I walk away from my phone for more than 5-6 feet! – NO range what`so ever! The FM radio sounds like an old AM radio, kinda like the one I used to play around with as a kid. I really wish I was being dramatic here, because I know it sounds that way. Sadly, I'm only sharing my honest truth. I've had these for a month or so now and I've tried. I have really tried to like them. These were my first pair where I spent a good amount of money on, looking for higher quality. I can honestly and easily say that I would compare them to $20-30 value bluetooth headset and classify them as a good, decent product & purchase, but only at that amount, because that's the class of headphones where they qualify, in my opinion.

    BT breaks up

    • Written by from Helsinki

Have a pair of these, sound quality is excellent - however sound is breaking when looking moving the head to the sides or cars are going by. Don't know why.

Double pairing is good, that I like and in the house they are ok - no skipping there.

    Ok when working

    • Written by from Germantown

I was really excited to get these as I hate running with a cord. In the most part they worked fine as long as they were close to your bluetooth device while outside. Then they got temperamental prior to stop functioning all together. I think they lasted about 2 months to be generous. I haven't had the time to return them but would probably try the Jaybird next.

    Don't believe the hype

    • Written by from Tucson

I purchased these headphones to use while running, mountain backing, and at the gym. 1. The bluetooth feature is shaky at best. Once connected if you turn your head left or right you can experience brief loss of signal with your iPhone. As for the iPhone, if you put in a sports band sleeve that could interrupt your signal also. The battery life is reasonable and the radio feature is good also. The band sticks to your neck and will dislodge your ear buds. The volume is perfect! You can hear your music, phone call, or whatever else you're linked to and still keep aware of the things around you. However, this product is not worth $99.95, I wouldn't take a chance on these for more that $50.00 dollars.

    The Best in Wireless Headphones!!!

    • Written by from Ludowici

I ordered two sets, one for the wife and one for me. I was nervous at first because I have tried ALL of the bluetooth earbuds that Best Buy has to offer. I took the firs set all the way home before testing which was a poor decision. Upon returning that set I exchanged them for another pair and tested em in the parking lot and this process continued until I tested them all (about 7 times) and left with a full refund. The only two problems were fit and sound quality. With the Jabra ones I have no complaints at all because the fit is great as well as the sound quality. They are not going to provide as much bass as a car stereo but enough to satisfy. I see multiple reviews stating that they don't fit or they slip off so I just put mine on and began head banging really hard and it required minimal adjustment. so for those of you who have problems with slipping either you have very small ears or you need to consider turning down slightly in the gym because you are probably being laughed at for whatever it is you do. I do recommend these over any other wireless earbuds including the very expensive jay birds (first pair I returned) unless you can stuff the entire first digit of your index finger into your ear because thats about the size, both length and width, before the eargel makes contact to lock it in.

    Great Headphones

    • Written by from Lincoln

I had been looking for a pair of wireless headphones that I could use for long distance (and short) running. The Jabra Sport are fantastic! I have small ear canals and the options that are provided with this purchase were great, I found the fittings that work best. They never fall out and are perfect. My only recommendation is to remember to charge them up. It is never fun to be on a fun and have the headphones run out of battery...however that was user error. These headphones are fantastic!

Look and work great, need to be smaller

    • Written by from Saint Clair Shores

I really love the concept of the the headphones, they work great and are easy to set up. However, with smaller ears they do not fit as well as they should and they do tend to fall off if you are super active. For walking around or using while working they are perfect.

Disclosure: I was given a complementary pair for review, however, all opinions are that of my own.

When I first tried on the Sport Wireless+ I was concerned it would not fit properly. Almost, like it was to big for my ears. Then, after playing around with it for a bit and actually wearing them to go for a walk I figured out how to make them fit me correctly. You just need to play around with the angle they are on your ears. You receive seven pairs Ultimate Comfort Eargels to make sure you have the comfort you desire. Try them all out and see which you like best.
The radio function is very nice for when you do not want to carry your phone with you on a run! It helps when I go for a run not to have anything extra on my body. So nice not to have to have my phone so I can still have music.

Neat concept, not so neat sound quality.

    • Written by from Turlock

I got these headphones for when I workout at the gym. The concept is great because it is a lot less troublesome when I use the machines or run but the sound quality isn't great. The base is non existent and the headphones themselves aren't that comfortable. Concept over comfort. I still use them but I wouldn't recommend them.

Good sweat resistance, but very limited adjustment in fit

    • Written by from Cary

I'm still looking for a really excellent sweat-proof set of bluetooth headphones. The Jabra sport have stood up well for me for about a year in terms of handling sweat from workouts, but they have significant negatives to them as well. One thing is the advertised battery run time is far off the mark in my experience. Right out of the box (from the Apple Store in Raleigh, NC) they were never good for more than about 90 minutes of play time per charge (I listen to audiobooks when exercising). They also seem to lose charge rapidly even when sitting powered off, so to get through a 60 minute workout, I need to be sure to charge them the night before.

Second big negative is the fit. If they fit you, great, but since they have basically no adjustment at all, other than ear piece size, they are more likely not to fit well for most people. They tend to sit away from my skull at the back and ride too high, which causes them to want to pop out of my ears with only a little movement, so I constantly have to reach up and nudge them back into position throughout a workout.

So in summary, these are amongst the most sweat-proof BT headphones I've tried in the past two years, but they fail to my mind primarily in that they simply cannot be adjusted enough to fit well and securely. And the battery life is disappointing. I do not recommend these. In fact, despite their awkward appearance, I thus far much prefer my Motorola S-11 Flex HD headphones instead, which actually fit very securely and comfortably, but may not be quite as robust long-term with regard to resisting the effects of sweat (so not perfect either).

    Not worth $99

Lots of static or skipping when paired with my iPhone 5s, support says to try moving the iPhone to my right side but I'm used to carrying it in my left pocket.

    Sounds tinny also.

    I don't recommend this item

    • Written by from RIO GRANDE

I I bought this article, because I like to run and listen to music and I was looking for comfort in doing so. I use them in two occasions and I was very satisfied with them, but when I put them to charge the battery a red flashing light was on. I communicate with Jabra and very quickly sent me new ones, which again had the same problem only that this time there was not any kind of light on. Once more I communicate with Jabra and again they sent me new ones. I used them for one run and guess what! Not working this time a solid red light on. So I give up.
So now I have three pairs but not working at all. The funny thing is that they send me the headphone without asking for the ones I have. That means it's not worth it to fix. I recommend you before buying this product to check for others reviews on the web and you will see what I'm taking about.

    They slide

    • Written by from Kent

I bought a set for my new iPhone 5s but only after 2 weeks of running, the rubber ear insert tore on one of the pieces. I do like the convenience of the Bluetooth feature as there is not wires that you have to play with. The other down side to this set is that if you can't get a good fit inside your year the size of the set makes them slide off your ear. I continue to use them but prefer to use a hat to keep them in place.
