    A170 Plantronics

Expected the sound to be crisp, and almost natural according to some of the reviews, but my brother indicated he could tell right off that I was on a bluetooth device. Though it was fairly good, the sound was a tad robotic.

The sound level button was also an issue. Leaving it around the middle level, it sounded OK, but once you cranked it up, the crackle in the ear piece was very noticeable and I immediately turned it down a bit.

It's very light, some what un-noticeable with it on. Did not hurt my ears on bit for the short time I talk (About 20/25 minutes or so). I would recommend this product, but will continue to look around for something more natural in sound quality for both ends.

    Almost Great except for Siri

As long as you don't expect to use SiRi, this headphone is pretty good.

I have four of these and a M165, which is the same model in a different cover,

It is light, long battery, very clear audio in your ear and physically very durable.

Noise canceling is minor—it does some, but not a lot.

The microphone quality is acceptable but not superior according to all people that I have ever spoken with.

Siri is a different matter though. Here is the problem; Siri doesn’t know when you are done speaking when using this headset. You can manually complete the Siri request by pressing the soft button (looks like a microphone) on the iPhone or you can wait two full minutes for it to time-out.

This problem exhibits about 95% of the time.

If your environment is perfectly quiet it will never know when you are finished talking. If you are in a slightly noisy environment it will complete more often than not. If you are in a very noisy environment, Siri will usually just plain not understand you.

Love this headset, but I am a heavy Siri user and this headset is a pain.
