v4.2 works as a maintenance utility

    • Written by from Much Wenlock

I use on a 2011 (sandy-bridge) macbook pro - I installed DW on my HDD and then cloned my HDD onto a LaCIE external drive (carbon copy cloner) and ran from there (hold down the alt key during boot to startup from the clone). I use DW to keep both my HDD, cloned backups and TimeMachine backups in good health. Once a month clean up works well.

This is THE utility that you need

    • Written by from Milton Keynes

I've been using various versions of this since it was first launched. I can honestly say that this has NEVER let me down. When other utilities haven't even recognised a corrupted drive, DW has recognised AND fixed the problems. I guarantee you will not regret purchasing this. Buy with absolute confidence.

    Disk Warrior

    • Written by from Wallsend,

Disk Warrior is even better than that which is better than sliced bread ! And to quote a well worn TV ad "It does what it says on the box ! I bought the earlier version last year but it was usless on my MacBook Pro running on OS 10.4.5 !
But version 4.0 is a doddle, the "Mother of All Doddles". Quick, efficient, and simple. Goodbye Norton Utilities !
