Well bought this bumper thinking that will help if my phone falls on the floor, however today I had a horrible pleasure my phone has fell on the floor and smashed.recommend to buy proper case instead of this one, also is not the chepeast one!

Out of the pack this looks good - though it is difficult to justify the price.

But it doesn't last. The stiffened plastic frame doesn't stand up to even a few removals to say, clean your phone. The soft rubberized trim discolours and gets damaged.

It seems a shame to wrap a 4S in a tatty bumper (after only 4 months). Replacing it that regularly makes no sense, it would be better to spend the money on the insurance excess if you dropped the phone.

Next I will look of a slip on case like a wallet. That will take the jean back pocket better.

I gave this product a 5-star review, because this product does what it says, and does it briliantly.

I have read some of the other reviews, I think there was a common mistake there which is that the main function of this case, is not protection, but customisation. The case really gives your iPhone a modern style; the colour I bought, which is white, is the same as what it is shown on the web-page, and the extended mental buttons are just classy.

The case has a unique design, which can protect your iPhone from being scratched when you put it on a table or any other flat surfaces, as well, as the case is thicker than the phone. The edge of the case is rubber, which feels comfortable at hands, and reduce scratches on other subjects, and noises when your put it down on a table, etc.

I do agree with the fact that the case limits the compatibility of your iPhone with some other accessories, though, but this is relative, as you can also say the other accessories limit your usage of this case.

If the material of the rubber edge can be improve, the case will be perfect, as I found it is not that anti-slippery.

Overall, 5 stars and highly recommended.

It is overpriced for what it is, but it does look pretty nice and it does it's job well. Haven't had any issues with the metal band around the iphone scratching, but I was very careful when putting it on.

Yes its more likely to stain due to its nature or rubber edges, its rather obvious if you choose white but it goes really well with the white iphone 4s.

I had this cover about 2 weeks now and so far so good its still clean inside the bumper frame but that depends on the use of the phone, i use it day to day through work and night.

Alcahol wet wipes can fix minor stains but avoid if you have engine oil or brake dust on your finger tips!

i've had 2 Apple bumpers now and they were both terrible! not only does it let dirt into the case which scratches and stains the metal surrounding the iPhone 4 but also the bumper cracks and bends out of place and the colours fade very fast! i wouldn't recommend this to ANYONE!!

It's so disappointing to have the most wonderful mobile phone surround and have it degrade over a handful of months and eventually fall apart. It loses a star as each month progresses and Apple should be ashamed of how it breaks down when you consider what they're charging for it. Buyer beware.

I had to write a review to even out the bad score this product seems to be getting. I have owned this bumper in both white and blue color for a couple of months now and it has been nothing but the best iPhone cover I have ever had. It fits beautifully and is non-intrusive, leaving all the beauty of the white/black iPhone intact. It does NOT scratch like others claim and it does not get particularly dirty at all. If you usually take care of your iPhone, clean it once a week, keep it in clean compartments, this cover will last and will continue to look beautiful. I hesitated when buying this product, due to the many bad reviews, however I am happy I trusted my instincts. This is a fantastic cover and your best accessory for the iPhone

When I got my iphone 4 the first thing I thought was that it needed some sort of case/protection, decided on the bumper as I liked the look of the phone so didnt necessarily want to hide too much of it. Read the reviews on here and was a little put off as they were quite mixed, but, I have been pleasantly surprised, I bought the white bumper (as I have the white iphone 4) and it has been great - yes I have to remove it when I am using the iphone in the car (charger/USB) but it is so easily taken on and off that it is not really a problem, liked it so much have now bought one in black as well! Also, I can use the apple headphones on mine with the bumper on.

Sure, it looks nice - but I just paid £26 to instantly lose compatibility with a raft of headphones, chargers and various accessories; and it doesn't even offer much protection for my iPhone.

I buy a lot of gadgets; this is one of the most stupid ways I have ever wasted £26. And it hasn't even begun the promised falling-apart and phone-scratching yet. What a flunk!
