    Very disappointing

    I find it strange that so many reviews talk about the rounded sound from these headphones. I had expected them to need to bed down but they have been remarkably tinny from the start and it hasn't got better in the two months I've had them. I have had them tested by RHA which says they are fine and providing the "neutral " sound they expect. The plain fact is that they are really disappointing, They are second rate compared to my old Bose IEs. The build quality is good but the cord too long.

    I imagine the T10i is the response to similar complaints that somehow don"t make it to the review pages. Customer service is pretty good but doesn't make up for a bad product. I won't be buying this make again.

    Poor phone call quality overshadows strong build quality

    Excellent build quality (e.g. stainless steel jack head, thick cable finished in protective wire to avoid common fraying), extensive accessories, and superior warranty (3yrs vs standard 2yr).

    However phone call sound quality is abysmal, with constant echo, feedback, and listeners more likely to hear background noise than my voice. i hope this is just an exception and not the rule, but nonetheless I'm exchanging the product.
