did what i wanted...

I needed to edit mpeg4 files. this was the cheapest thing I found. problems are that when you want to delete, cut, copy etc, you have to select where to do this. the problem with this it does't always delete at exactly the right place, even if you have the sliders in the right place! Present movie is great.

Quick and easy way to take video files and export them in a format suitable for iTunes and the AppleTV in particular. Well worth it for £20.

QuickTime 7 Pro for Windows
Happy with first impressions

Tried Quicktime 7 Pro for windows today, it worked fine on 3 half hour mpeg files, which I converted to m4v files then downloaded to my new video iPod. You will need a fast PC with lots of disk space but all video production work requires a high spec PC. Intend to try out the rest of the features later.
