I have a 701HG-B Gateway 2Wire modem for internet service is it Compatible ?

I have a Mac G4 running 10.5 leopard AT&T is my IP using a 701HG-B Gateway 2Wire modem for internet service is it Compatible with a AirPort Extreme Base Station ?

i have no problemusing my imac with irport extreme.
i do have a problem connecting my dell inspiron 1405 to the internet using airport extreme.

Can I use my airport extreme to wirelessly bridge my new blu-ray player to my verizon fios modem/router on the other side of the room?

Basically I don't want Ethernet cables running all over the place. I'd like to place the extreme next to the blu-ray player so that they can be connected, and have the extreme wirelessly connect to the fios modem. Is this possible and if so how?

My router won't allow >1 user to be online wirelessly. Will the AirPort Extreme solve my problem or will we keep booting eachother offline?

An older DI-524 router isn't allowing more than one person to be online wirelessly at one time. When one of us opens our Mac's or wakes it from sleep, the one who is already online will instantly cease wireless capabilities even though our AirPort's say that we are still connected. Maybe our older router is giving priority to the newest user and not allowing any more users?

I'm getting tired of this because we pay enough for our cable internet and we have to share the internet. It has worked because we understand and deal with the problem but it is frustrating and if it is avoidable, then I'm more than willing to fix our problem. I've read some of the Q & A's on the AirPort Extreme site but am hoping for a straight answer from an expert before I purchase the hardware. HELP US... S.O.S.!!

How is using as a fileserver for streaming movies ia wifi?

I already searched through most of these questions but this topic was only skirted.

How is streaming mpeg4/divx over the wifi lan to one machine, assuming that it isn't being clogged up with a but of other data transfer?
