Yes, but Apple have either old stock or listed the item incorrectly.
On the Griffin website it says this version uses 1amp (2.1 amp for iPad) and is 152cm long and supports the iPhone 4.- Answered by Rob H from London

Is this the 'older' Powerjolt SE? The newer one can stretch to 152cm and has an output of 5 Volts DC at 1 Amp.
Can it be clarified if this is the older or newer Powerjolt that supports the iPhone 4 and is 152cm at maximum length?

This is the newer 2010 version. It is the 2Amp made for iPod, iPhone and iPad.
