Are they any good for while working out?

I run, jog and do weights, but i need to push my earbuds back in every minute. Would these stay in while running, leaning over, stretching etc.?

Is the microphone compatible with one of the newest generation of Macbook Pro's?

Like the standard Apple headset, which comes with the iPhone, does the microphone in UE 400vi work with a Macbook Pro?
