Using a Time Capsule with a Playstation 3
I current have an Airport Base Station (Dual Ethernet), connected to an iMac. My playstation 3 communicates to the internet via the base station. I want to upgrade to a 1 TB Time Capsule. I'm wondering if i upgrade, will the playstation still be able to communicate with the internet.

Likely you can because Time Capsule takes the place of WiFi–it enables your connection to the internet but also allows you to store data wirelessly. You may or may not be able to use the Time Capsule as a hard drive for your PS3 because that's not what it was designed to do.
From a wireless standpoint, however, Airport Extreme and Airport Express are the same. Because it's a new unit, you may have to play around with the PS3 preferences as you'd have to begin the whole wireless network again as if one hadn't existed before. Time Capsule doesn't necessarily take the place of an existing router.
BEAR in mind that if you care considering this option, be sure to know about the lifespan of this product. I don't personally have one, but I don't express interest in buying one because it has a 2-star rating and it is known to break after 18 months very frequently.
