Is this drive fast enough for HD video editing on a G5 with FCP Pro 7? If so, will that only work via eSATA or will Firewire 800 be fast enough?

I have an XRAID which is of course awesome but a little bit of an overkill for my home office setup (used to be in a machine room at my old office but I moved it home). It's too noisy / hot / power sucker so I'm exploring options. If eSATA is required for HD editing I'm assuming I can accomplish this with some kind of an external eSATA Adapter... provided this drive would be fast enough of course!
