Is this cable compatible with macbook pro?

Would I be able to connect my macbook pro to TV using this cable?

I'm trying to connect my macbook pro to TV so I can watch movies through it.. I have read that I need a mini DVI-DVI and DVI-HDMI cable for the picture but not too sure about the sound?
