The Duet sample rate is 24-bit/96 kHz, while the ONE is 24-bit/48 kHz.
The Duet has two stereo outputs (both 1/4"), while the ONE has a single output (1/8").
The Duet connects to the host computer via FireWire, while the ONE is USB.
Functionality is otherwise similar.

The AD/DA circuitry of One and Duet are share similar characteristics. However there are a few differences because of the USB power limitations
