Does this headphone work with Siri? If not can you recommend some.

I am looking for a headphone that will stay in the ear better than the one that comes with the iPhone 4S

    Yes it does. Practically any in-ear headphone that is "Made for iPod/iPhone/iPad" will work with Siri. Many that aren't advertised as such, work as well. Usually holding in the Play/Pause or Answer Call button on the mic does the trick. Just make sure some sort of mic with at least one button is included.
