You don't need one. The iPhone charger does not differ between US, UK, Australia or the Phillipines. The plug does.

  • I'm not sure of the type of plug used in the Philippines, but the brick has a input rating of 100-240V A/C at 0.45A current draw.

  • If your iPad power adapter supports 220v then you can charge any of your iPhone, iPod touch and iPad. Because I used my iPad charger to charge my iPhone in Bangladesh where volts is 220v. Hope it goes same with you as well.

  • Even though the Philippines is 220 volts, most outlets have the US style flat prong socket (two prong style) or a dual flat/round socket, so you need no adapter, just plug your charger in!
