Are both ear cups removable?

Where can replacement earpads be purchased?

    You can remove and replace them both. On the left side, you have access to the plug and can replace the cable with a remote with a non-remote cable.

    I did unfortunately lose one once. I had to contact Bowers&Wilkins themselves to have them replaced.

  • Both earcups are removable and re-attch magneticaly. Removal of the left earcup enables the cable to be unplugged and removal of teh right earcup reveals the serial number.

    I'm don't know of anywhere that sells replacement earcups but I have heard that new ones can be purchased if needed.
