What is the difference between the S1500 and the S1500M?

Is it simply that the "M" version comes bundled with Adobe Acrobat for Mac OS, or are there any other differences?

The difference in price for the "M" version seems significant and given the capabilities of Preview as a PDF tool I'm struggling to find justification to need Acrobat.
