no. you use the keyboard. if ur wondering whether this makes it less effective at controlling, then the answer to that is also no. I play this on my comp and on a 360 and i think it's actually much easier to use the keyboard and mouse.

Standard Apple Keyboard and I use a logitech marble mouse as your viewing direction is controlled by mouse. The faster your actions on the mouse the better. Can't say what a standard apple mouse would play like, never used it. But get the game and if your mac is to the game's system requirements and you play multiplayer....you won't be disappointed. Plenty of practice needed and yes you will 'die on-line' heaps but you eventually get the hang of it. Hopefully Apple is compatible with the next version soon..... Modern Warfare 2. Plenty of macusers on line playing.

You will probably want to use a mouse in order to enjoy this game. You can also use a gamepad/joystick.

No, if you want to get one then that is a different story. I'm not sure if the mac version supports it though. I find that keyboard and mouse work better anyway.
