Can I sync my iPhone 4/iPad with a TV in Europe?

I'd like to watch some stuff I downloaded from the Apple Store when I travel to Spain, where broadcast TV uses the PAL format. If I get a video sync cable will it work over there?

    Yes you can use it, but you have to change the configuration in your device
