Is this included with the new updated MacBook Pros?
Previous MBPs had the adapters with a plastic head. Is this new one included with the updated MBPs?

if you mean the new aluminum headed one then yes. the plastic headed one is an optional purchase. the wattage, voltage and other stuff is the same, just not the head.
