No. They need to update their firmware to get us back to the options we had with the mighty mouse.

although the hardware is capable, as of yet there is no option for this in 1.0

No currently. Possibly with an update to the driver, but it might be a bit dangerous since it's hard to tell where the middle is if you aren't looking.

I am at an Apple store right now and it is basically a 2-button mouse with a 360º "wheel". You can change the preferences to make it a 1-button mouse if you wanna.
