The Apple LED is the only monitor i can think of. But can it be compatible with a PC? because i wan't to use it for gaming.

Actually you can. There's now a DVI to DisplayPort converter. It's by Atlona and it will set you back USD$179. Do a search for "Atlona AT-DP200" for more details. An easier way will be to simply buy a new video card with a DisplayPort output.

Monoprice might have a display adapter you can use. But they aren't Apple certified products. I would check there, but this display is not hiding the fact that it is meant to be used (almost exclusively) with the current Apple notebook line.

yes, you will need to obtain a video card with a displayport output - I believe all the new ATI Radeon 5 series cards have DP support. displayport is obviously electrically compatible with mini displayport. while apple does not currently sell an adapter, they can be obtained - simply search online for "mini displayport to displayport adapter."

No, that would require a DVI or VGA to mini display port adapter. Currently, no such product exists.
