AirPort Express Base Station with 802.11n and AirTunes

My PC has no wireless connection but is connected via ethernet to a netgear wireless router. Can I stream to speakers using AirPort Express?

I-tunes is on the PC, the PC is connected via ethernet to a Netgear wireless router which provides internet access for the PC and several wireless laptops. Can I use an AirPort Express base station to stream music to some powered speakers in another room?

yes you can.
you have to configure it as a repeater/extender or connect it physically..
but yes you can stream to the airport express from any computer that is on your network
