Will this work with the early 2013 15" rMBP?

It says it works with the late 2013 rMBP. I want to know if it will work with my early 2013 rMBP...

  • Currently the MacBook Pro (Retina, Early 2013) is not supported.

You can use 4K displays and Ultra HD TVs with your MacBook Pro (Retina, Late 2013) or Mac Pro (Late 2013) computer.

Search the Apple site for support article HT6008 for more info about using 4K displays with Mac computers.

  • Not true. With those rMBP that come with discrete Nvidia graphics card it Runs 2 x 4K monitors using thunderbolt (mini-display ports) at 30Hz, and a 1080p monitor using HDMI, all simultaneously with the native rMBP screen disconnected on Windows 7. It's able to do the same on iOS Mavericks and Yosemite.
    Thanks
