do i have to buy a waterproof case for it to go in the water with it or i can go in the sea with it with no problem

The enclosure for the camera is rated waterproof to 60m so there is no need to buy a case for it.

The case the go pro hero 3 is waterproof how it comes so there will be no need to buy a waterproof case because you'll already have one
