How does it get the workout information from the Nike+ enabled treadmill at my YMCA?

I'm interested in getting the Nike+ Fuelband, but I want to know that the workout information generated by the Nike+ enabled treadmill at my gym can be transferred into the Fuelband.

  • I think you can get all the information aggregated at Nike plus.com. But I think for the workout info from treadmill to be uploaded to Nike plus the best way is to hook it up to your iPhone or iPod touch.

  • If I was in you shoes, I would put it on my ankle. It should do the same thing as wearing it on your wrist.
