there are 3 card slots, which fit 2 cards per slot comfortably (so 6 on that side). there is also a pocket which will hold, i'd say 5 or 6 additional cards at least.

It has three card slots that you can probably stuff. And a pocket on the other side side. Plus you can put some on either side of the iPhone compartment like a loose "card file" but I wouldn't consider that real secure if one were to drop the wallet.
